1. i have created the simple text slide in vegas.
(Please note that the point sizes are 10pt to 14pt sizes)
2. i have appllied some simple transition effects to these slides
i.e. simple fade in and fade out transitions.
3. now i have rendered this slides in mpeg-1 videocd streem.
4. after the rendering what happen when i am running this mpeg movie
the text under this slide is very fuzzy/hazzy/noicy means its not
readable.

I've read somewhere that displaying text can be tricking and its due to an alaising effect - ie. extra jaggies on the letters.
Research anti-alaising of text and you might find a solution that helps, but probably not in this forum. Search the general web or the sonic foundry forums. -
you can try searching or posting on the Creative Cow forums - they have a good forum specifically for Vegas Video.

Some links about alaising effects on text.
You'll need to apply an anti-alaising filter to the text to sharpen it up. I dont know if Vegas has one built in, but Photoshop will do it as well. Maybe you want to make your text in Photoshop, not Vegas, then have the stills with text opaque over your video, that way you cna have more control over the text. -
OK HERE's the problem
The player resizes everything including your subtitles from 352x240 to 720x480 for display
NO WAY can 10 or 12 point titles survive this
please if you're coming from DVD use the method that is posted here
on DVDHELP
or make them oversized -

I was just posting those links as information to what your problem is. They weren't meant to be a solution. You have to understand why something is happening before you can fix it.
Like I said, you need to find a program to run an anti-aliasing filter on the text. Check the Sonic Foundry VV4 boards on their site and see if somebody has come across this before there. You can search the forums as easily as I can.
If Vegas doesnt have its own anti-alaising filter within the program, you are gonna have to do something else, like create text slides in Photoshop and antialais them, then combine them with your Vegas project, or render your file out to mpeg2 and see if there is a filter for Virtual Dub that will do this anti-alaising for you. Make sure you have the mpeg version of Vdub.
