    I use the "decompress"(that comes with "avi2vcd") to uncompress .ogm files so that TMPGEnc can load it and convert it to mpeg. I converted many ogm files before but then I reformated my PC and now its not working the same, when I try convert all I get is audio & no picture(its just black). I installed all the codecs I could think of but still no luck. Do you guys know the problem?

    The problem your describing still sounds like a codec problem. Ensure you have the latest codecs. You should also check the OGG/OGM websites for troubleshooting tips.
