Help please

I just converted my AVI file into a VCD with TMPGEnc. Now the guide tills me to use VCDEasy to burn the cd onto a cd-r. However, VCDEasy will not load up. I installed it and everything worked, but when i click on the icon it shows the computer is busy and then nothing happens. I reinstall it 3 times and i still get the same thing. I have Windows XP on my computer. If anyone know how to fix it please till me.
