  1. Is it possible to cut off (like in Vdub) ads (certain period of times) from PVA streams and then join the cutted pieces into one again to reencode it by DVD2SVCD into SVCD? It's important that this tool can't be buggy - fully compliant with standards (synth issues).

I want to do it by DVD2SVCD because I have heard that it's faster because it works in YUV mode, and VirtualDub works in RGB mode.

    Thx for any suggestions.
    Regards,
    Patryk.

  4. Ejoc: no noob - PVA is used (mostly or only, don't know) by DVB systems, so it is quite specific.

I would suggest You to put Your stream first through PVAStrumento to fix droped frames and sync issues and then use any tool/method for MPEG editing, You like.
