  1. I have converted a lot of video with Snazzi's VCD creator w/o problem except this one.
    A lot of problematic frame as shown below contained in the captured video although it play well in the VCR.

  6. Where the hell did all that come from I only typed test.jpg inside the image tags and when I previewed the post it only said test.jpg.

    That's an interesting shot. It looks like your vertical sync is out of whack. I don't think there's a software solution. It's the capture equivalent of vertical roll on a TV, happens now and then? Your tape player may need cleaning, or it's just a bad tape (did it get hot or wet?). You can try amplifying the signal (video or rf amplifier, depending on your settup). Dont' de-interlace on capture, and check your field order. If it plays fine on the VCR, then it really sounds like your capture card doesn't like marginal video (it looks very marginal from the screen shot, tape wise).
