hi. is it possible to successfully put a 2 disk vcd movie to one disk without too much loss of quality? if so, what tools needed please

yes...there will be much quality loss...keep in mind VCD is already really low quality...

also, if you wanna keep standard specs....i.e. standard, compliant VCD...then you can only fit 80 min of video on 80-min CD-R....if you try to fit more by lowering the bitrate, you will be making non-standard, compliant xVCD....and DVD player compatibility will go down
