    I am using Dazzle DVD complete to make a DVD and one of the files I have it says is not DVD compliant. The frame size of this file is 512x384 how do I, and what do I use to convert this to 352x240?

    The fps of the files are 23.976 and 29.970 I don't know if this makes a differance.
