    So, has anybody come up with a GUI frontend for AC3Fix? I would really like to, but I don't know Windows Programming.............nor do I know Linux programming! I just know basic C++....................

    Try one of the programs that strips RIFF-WAV header (you might have put one on by accident, or maybe the app did).
