Need some help please

I know this is probably a dumb question but i've searched and can't find anything. I just got a mini-dv camcorder (sony trv22), and I want to use it to convert my vhs-c cassettes to VCD if possible. Could someone point me in the right direction?

If your camcorder can read this tapes, then just capture them normally through your standard video capture program. Otherwise, you'll have to hook up a VCR to your computer through a capture device and do it like that.
