i remember seeing an artical a while back on this forum regarding mpeg sync problems with tmgenc

i cant remember what the link is, i know it uses a program called SVCD2DVDMPG+ to resync, i have done a quick search for it, but no luck

any remeber or help where this atricle or thread was?
