Ripping VIDEO_TS folder from DVD ISO file...

Can someone please help me out.
Im trying to burn a DVD image, but I need to extract the VOBS/BUP files in order to burn them in UDF mode.
I have Extracted them (the VOB/BUP and all the other dvd files) from the original DVD, compressed them, then saved the compressed files to a DVD image, now I need to extract all those files from the image that ive created.
Please point me towards a program that can do this.

ISOBuster is good for that or WinImage.

What about pdi DVD files created with Pinnacle DVD Instantcopy
How can I extract the files from them?
