    I followed instructions on El Gato's site, and they suggested posting my output window here to see if anyone could figure out what I did wrong. Any suggestions are much appreciated. The resulting files totalled about 600K. Why isn't this working?

    I've had the same problem. Taking a video from EyeTV to burn on a DVD-R is easy as long as it's a single mpg file. I simply export as Toast VCD, then use ffmpegX to demux it, then remux as DVD and author. Works like a charm. But for some reason if I try to join two Toast mpg's together, I can demux it OK, but ffmpegX won't remux it as DVD. I would like to know why two joined mpg's do not equal a single mpg file, and if someone has a technique for burning multiple Toast mpg's onto a DVD-R.
