Hey,
I have a movie that is in two BIN files.. i have extracted the mpg files and the end of one over laps the begining of the second. I can meger them in TMPGE but i cant edit them there.
so if i merge them, they have over lap.. if i try to fix the overlap in VirtualDubMod it edits them corrently but how do i write that out to a file without recompressing it video or making it grow to monsterous size???
any suggestions?

you can cut MpEG2 files with TMpGenc cut & merge utility.
You can Author both of them and trim them with DVD shrink -
