    i have have a video file with mpeg audio. i've never seen this audio before. when i open it with gspot is say under audio 0x0050(MPEG) ID'd as MPEG-1 Layer 2
    i can't convert it with virtual dub is says i don't have the right decompressor but gpot says i do
    somebody help

    Why not load it into TMPGEnc. Then select File-->Output to file...-->wave file?
