  1. I know someone out there can help me. I have a 55 mg video in .rm format that I want to put into .avi format. I tried to do it with Tinra but it seems to have only converted half of it, a 2 gig file. What's worse is that whenever I used VirtualDub to sync the audio and video framerates, the resultant video- on playback- seems to be going twice as fast as it should be. Does anyone know what I can do to remedy this situation? Thanks.

Ok Rm is not a good quality format and if your converting it as a vcd to play on tv it may not be worth it but here goes.

you can get a hold of Real Producer Plus which has a Realvideo Editor

open your rm in the editor and you can split you rm into smaller section of the rm eg.. if the full size of you rm 9minutes long you can split you rm into three 3minute rm files and then convert them with Tinra and use Virtual Dub to Synchronize the audio to the video

    hope that helps
