  1. Ok the movie i had was green when i tried to convert in tmpgEnc. so i tried to change with the fourCC trick now the movie wont play on my computer either. the fourCC description code was "DX50" and the bottom one said `. so i changed it back to that and it still wont play on my computer either. i know the format is divx 5.0.5 cuz of the DX50 but what is the ` for? and is that bottom one wrong?

DIVX or XVID will work here. Make sure you change all of them to XVID or DIVX. All the mpeg-4 video codec variant decompressors are cross-compatible.
