  1. why dont you five dvd2svcd a try. It is located at www.dvd2svcd.org. It is free. The only app that you needs is an encoder (tmpgenc, cce,or procorder). There are a few guides out there that show you how to convert, but the interface is pretty easy to figure out.

Here is what you do., depending on what you want (remembering the cant polish a turd analogy), in misc tab, change it to avi and make the mpeg 2 or 1 depending if you are going to vcd or cvd or svcd or dvd. check the advanced tab(this will give you access to change the resolution size) on frameserver tab, change the resolution to whatever it is, it is suppose to be, downsample the audio in the audio tab (VCD). set up the encode tab and whatnot. and click go. should take about 2 hours on a 1.2 gig machine.

Sammer, you need to go to Newbie Conversion and open up a new thread. Not that you do not have a good question, but what you are doing is called hijacking a thread. It is against forum policy, and what is worse, if Tgpo finds what you have done, he will wear his bikini to your next fancy dinner party. So what, you say? I said the same thing, and when he did it to me, my wife cried for three days, and I still get nightmares...
    Hello.

  7. I hate when ppl title the threads "HELP ME!!!" or "URGENT!!!" or even "URGENT!!! Help me!!!" cuz that's just dumb. I can't figure out if I should go in from the title. It should tell me atleast one program you're using and some part of your problem.
