This might be a little too basic for the capture forum so I'll post here.
I've bought a Sapphire Radeon 9000 Atlantis Pro 64MB video card which has VIVO on the label (precisely 64MB DDR D/V/VIVO). The part number is 1024-C176-05-SA. Google only returns sites in Poland, and Russia when I search for info on this card. Can I be reasonably certain that this card will be able to capture analogue video from a VCR? Would this signal be fed into the S-VHS connector on the faceplate?
Thanks in advance for being patient with someone who's just starting out on digital video and wants to get things right first time.
