can anyone recommend me a m2v to mpeg or avi format converter?

DVD2AVI is good but it can only encode not more than 2 gig avi.. I don't know why

TMPGEnc cannot multiplex it to a supported file, it only combines that audio but when I multiplexed it from TMPGEnc and encode back to mpg, it say it's not supported.

so a converter is much prefered than a Multiplex program
