  1. I'm looking for a DVD-player that will play almost everything with excellent quality, not that important that it can deal with divx.

It must be able to play vcd, svcd, dvd+r, dvd+rw, mp3vbr. When it comes to mp3 it has to be able to play dvd+r, dvd+rw and I want to be able to play the mp3 files in random order on both burnt cds and dvd+r(which i can't do with my Philips right now)

Any suggestions, I've heard some good things about Kiss 450, but then I heard from some other people who weren't too happy about it.
Will I be able to play Mp3s in a random order using Kiss 450?

I'm looking forward to some good suggestions.

  2. Thanks for your advice, the only problem is that I can't find the player here in Sweden.

So does anyone else know of another top-quality Dvd-player?

My newest DVD player play everything besides divx and mp3 in random.
It plays even mpegs on ISO (CD-R and DVD+/-R/W) ,jpegs and wave files.Plays 1/4 DVD formats.

This little device is portable too, has 12V connector for in-car usage.
I got one of these beauties at ebay for around 125 Euro.

  5. You can't really beat a Pioneer in terms of media compatibility.

Great audio and video quality too.

  7. I'm in sweden.

So far it seems as if Pioneer is the brand to go for.
What has annoyed me alot with my Philips is that I haven't been able to play my mp3s on random(even on a dvd+r)
Could somebody recommend a Pioneer where that is possible?
