What is the easiest and quickest way without degrading performance to rip Region 2 DVD to hard drive and just watch it in the machine ? I don't have DVD-Burner.

when you "rip", there will be NO degradation in quality because all you're doing is basically just copying the files from the DVD to your HDD, minus the CSS encryption. all purely digital.

anywayz, to rip region 2...you need a region 2 capable DVD-ROM...burner isn't necessary if you don't wanna burn DVDs. -
computerbid,
Here's what I do for watching region 2 DVDs on a computer:
- Use DVD Decrypter in 'ISO - read' mode to make a full disc image of the DVD on your hard drive.
- Use Daemon Tools to mount the image. Your DVD playback software should recognize the 'virtual DVD drive'' that Daemon Tools creates and should play the disc image back as if it were a real DVD, and without any region protection.
