Is there a program to capture and encode MPEG-1 in realtime using a WDM driver? I havn't been able to find one. Please point me in the right direction.
And, to all the people looking at the ADVC-100:
Buy it. You won't regret it. I have one and it's been the single best move i've made. It can input DVD-quality video consistently, and it has just about every input you could want (video, s-video, it's got them all)

Try looking up Intervideo WinProducer or WinDVD Creator. Both can capture digital video and encode CBR MPEG-1 and 2 in realtime using customizable profiles.
