    I need a program that would show how my encode would look when played on a standalone dvd play on my tv, is there such a program? because when i encode it with tmmpg and burn it to dvd, and play it some of the picture going off the screen.

    Before you commit to encode and burn,(if you are using TMPGEnc) use the File > Preview to see how it will look.
    If you are still not sure ,do a quick segment onto a rewrite disk to check how it looks.
