converting divx to mpeg2(dvd) with ac3 audio???

hi, anyone out there who can give me pointers on how to convert divx with ac3 audio to mpeg2 (dvd) format, keeping the ac3 audio intact??? sorry if this questions been asked before...new here

You may wish to look at the guides section to the upper left - I'd imagine there's one there that will help you.

Basically, you need to de-multiplex the AC3 stream from the divx file, then encode the video.

Lastly, multiplex the AC3 stream into the re-encoded video file, or alternatively import both the re-encoded video and AC3 stream into your DVD Authoring tool.
