main concept help

I use tmpgenc but am trying main concept Ive got an svcd file which I want to convert to dvd but the output file is jumping is there any templete for what i want to do coz I dont understand what the settings are I need to change.
Ive read about top line and bottem line and sorta get what its about but dont understand what mine is.
As most svcd file are the same I hope im hoping there is a templete one of u guys who know what ur doing have all the settings worked out and if so can they let me know ur ill have to change 1 thing at a time till i get it right but as which time will take 4hours this could take days .

im having a similar problem to you the this is when i reach a certain point in the incoding the frame freezes but the audio continues there is a way to convert from svcd to dvd

i have dont alot of testing i have even cut a small portion of the video away to test upon it and the same eroor occurs no matter how small or large the fil;e is do u have this problem some one help me!
