Yeah i know the cards crap, but does it have the capabilities to enable me to connect my PC to my TV. And if so how do i go about this. Thanks in advance. Matt.

If you don't have a s-video or composite jack in the card itself then no. The only way you could do it would be through a "scan converter" or "vga to s-video converter"

Look at the back of the card, and if it has the connectors for TV. If so then just connect to your TV.
You do know that for $50 you could buy any number of video cars that are four generations better than the TNT2? -
