I find a program name videoedit converter.it is useful, I want share to another people

it can:
Batch Convert video/audio to avi (uncompressed), (compressed using any available codec) or wmv files.

Add a Transition (over 20 transition) between any combination of video clips, pictures.
Preview the video/audio before ouput to avi or wmv files.

Merge a lot of video/audio files into avi or wmv file.
