  1. I am trying to create a VCD of an Italian movie. There is an audio track with English dubbing. I used Smartripper to create the VOB files, and the vobinfo.txt file says that the 3rd track is the English audio.

I'm using dvd2avi (version 1.74), and in the audio option selecting track 3. The wav file is never created. I've tried a few different things, and the only time I can get a wav file is if I leave the audio option at Track 1, and then it obviously comes out in Italian.

    Any ideas?

Since you ripped the DVD with SmartRipper, you can use the *.lst file with vob2audio and try that. It has a nice GUI and it should show you all 3 languages corresponding and let you rip it to WAV or MP3 (your choice).

  3. Make sure in SmartRipper than you enabled stream processing, and either choose all languages or the one you want (ie. re-rip and check).

  4. Thanks! I'll try again.
