audio cd and vcd inside one format ?

can anyone help me with this problem?
i need to make a cd, contain a video cd and an audio that burn in one cd. i have make it one, but i can't play the vcd on vcd player. i only get audio cd played.
i've been met this kind of cd. my friend's cd.
i want to make this cd. can anybody would help me with this? please..

is that even possible???

i know there's a hybrid audio CD/DATA CD.....i guess you can do that...make the audio CD and then burn the .mpg videos you have in the DATA portion. i'm not sure you can have both an audio and VCD on the same disc.
