  1. First of all, its not my system. I have an AMD XP 2000+. Ok not that i got that out of the way. Ive been having problems with divx and xvid. I have the following codecs installed:

    1. Divx bundle
    2. Kopei's xvid
    3. FFDSHOW
    4. divx aplha 3.11
For some reason my video lags about 0.5 seconds behind the audio and its really annoying because the lips dont match the words. How can i fix this? It use to work long time ago before i formatted but after i formatted i just installed those 3 codecs in any order. Is there a specifc order? thanks

hey peeps newbie here could do with some help synching the sound with my divx video. Uncompressed the divx movie using avi2vcd, then used vdub to rip the sound as wav. However when i now use tmpgenc to endode the file the sound is about 2 seconds behind the video.
