    If I rip a DVD, and the movie is small enough to fit on a DVD-R, do I still have to go through the whole DVD2One process or can I just copy all the VOB files over, as extracted?

    just use DVDDecrypter in .iso read mode then .iso write mode and you are done!

    Just burn all the files in the VIDEO_TS folder

    i just rip with SmartRipper into a VIDEO_TS folder then burn that folder with RecordNow Max, works every time.
