I'm trying to use DVD2SVCD to encode a .avi to SVCD, I'm using CCE V2.50, and everything is setup as it should be, but it keeps jamming during encoding in random places.
I'm using a Athlon XP 2600+ Processor with 1.5 gigs of Crucial Ram, can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong ??.

Did you check the AVI for bad frames? Is it's resolution a multiple of 8? Does CCE work on DVD's, just not this AVI? Does DVD2SVCD crash somewhere during the CCe encode of the movie, or the CCE encode of the beginning/ending title images?

Yes to all your questions about bad frames ect.
It always jams during the CCE encoding part of the process, and alays in a different place each time.
