Can ffmpegX encode to MPEG2 TS rather than PS?
    If so, how?

Can the ffmpegX tool be used to mux video and audio into a TS file?
    if so, how?

If ffmpegX can't. can mplex itself output TS?

Can any muliplexor running on OS X create a TS file?

    Thank you!

I also belived VLC could output TS.

But, using MPEG-2 and MP@ audio encoded by mpeg2enc PS -- I've been unable to get VLC to make the PS to TS conversion.

    VLC plays the file fine.

    It makes the TS fine.

But, when VLC plays the TS only the ausio plays. Only 2 still video frames. VLC reports it found MPEG-1.
