You should be able to do this in TMPGEnc, even in trial mode. Look under File -> MPEG Tools -> Merge and Cut.
Just tried it on a VCD stream and it worked fine. Just 'Add' your file, double-click on the stream, and then select your Cut point... -
I tried TMPGEnc, yes, it would cut... but not to the part that i wanted....
=(
after cutting i press "Run" then it always stops earlier than i wanted.... =(
i don't know wht to do....
or anyone has those software that i can borrow?
i m located in GTA/scar./markham -
Get DVtool it will cut your movie in exactly 2 equal parts and it keeps the audio/video perfectly in sync unlike some crap splitters out there
I have the same prob you have with TMPGEnc so i started using this DVtool and it works great -
I have found Womble pretty good for this. All other tools are too fiddly and take too much time
-
thnx all of u!!!
where can i get Womble, or DVtool??? where can i download it FREE? -
Hey,
Easy Video Splitter (shareware) and mpgscissors (free) will also cut videos. But they specifically will not work with VBR encoded source - i tried. Tmpgenc is pretty good for me because it can handle VBR but you mentioned that you can't get it to cut exactly where you want.
Cheers,
