    All video editing software crashes on my PC when I try to work with DV files. I got ULead's program with the camera, that crashes. MovieMaker crashes after a few seconds, Premiere crashes.... hmm, any suggestions? =)

    get a different system would be my first answer .. in reality there can be so many factors to cause the problem you have .. bad ide , bad drivers , bad power supply or under powered , bad cpu , overheating , bad memory , bad HD , bad ............
