I have a cd-rw with something on it that I dont want anymore...my question is, can I burn something on it right now or do I need to blank the cd before I tell nero to burn? Also, if I need to blank it...how can I do that? Thanks in advance to anyone who helps.

Devanshu, dude, come on. In nero you just load up the CDRW, go to Recorder -> Erase ReWriteable.... Then, you go burning things you want to burn.
You cannot burn on it until you erase it.
EDIT:
the 2 guys below me, i think u just wasted a little forum space..... -
You can manually erase the cdrw, or you can start a new recording and it will prompt you with the option to blank out the disc before the files are written.
Go to Recorder > Erase Rewritable and select "Quick Erase Rewritable" Media to erase your media manually.
Hope this info helps

Easy:
1. Select Recorder-->Erase Rewritable...
2. When the box pops up, make sure your rewrieable is in the right drive and select Erase.
