  1. Ok I converted a Divx movie with TMPgnec and got this Mpeg2 file. Its a 3.2 gig file and I need to burn it to a dvd disk to play it in my standalone player. Do I need to convert this mpeg file to Vob files or can I burn it? I know all dvd movies have a Audio and Video folder with vob files in the video folder. If i can just burn the mpeg with Nero or something else?
Or will it will play in the comp this way by clicking the file, but will it au tomatically start up in a standalone this way? Help!

  2. You need to use DVD authoring software.

You should look in the "How To" section under "How to author and burn to a compliant DVD with menus and chapters".

    Good luck!

....unless you have a standalone player that will play raw mpeg files on a data disc...

if not, yeah, you have to author.
