  1. wtf is the tmpgenc icon mean? it looks like a little robot
i can almost make out a vidio cassette and a cd, oh now i see a little bit of a roll of film.
but imho it is one of the worst icons ive seen, it's just not good enough it deserves better.
i mean it's a freebie app and almost everyone on here uses it (probably ive only been at this dvd, vcd thing a week)
so what does everyone else think?
does tmpgenc deserve a better icon?

Looking at it, it looks (to me) like it shows a tape and a film strip, with a red arrow pointing to a CD/DVD, with a light blue triangle as a background. I guess it's supposed to indicate that it can take tapes and film and turn them into VCDs/DVDs. But you are right, it does look pretty stupid

  5. i went to the link and somebody thought it was a robot too! lol
i think the triangle thing might be ripped off from aol or vise versa who knows?
and btw i dont have aol now but used to have it and its crap.
i used to have a dreamcast and my pc was so limited at the time the only isp i could use was aol and i thought i could of got my dreamcast online with my pc isp address and all that but NO! aol was the only one that wouldnt work with dreamcast
more than 50% of aol members are females i think this speaks volumes.
ok i know this is a dvd, vcd ect forum but im a drunk and stoned scotsman and have a bee in my bonnet (old scottish expression)
why is aol so popular yet so shit?
must be to do with advertising
with aol loads of links u cant just double click u have to cut and paste to address box, WHY?
and i've got an xbox now nad my isp works with it no problems but have hear aol does'nt work with it
anyway i've forgot what the question was im off to yahoo pool
