    I just did a 7 VCD -> 1 DVD conversion with SVCD2DVDMPG+ but I buggered up the auth step. Although I did a new VTS for each pair of VCDs (i.e. one VTS per production - one VCD was only a single disk) I forgot to do a menu and therefore when it burns, there are no menus and only the first production plays.

    Can I redo just the author step, getting the menu right this time? I can't see an obvious way to do it and I don't have the space to totally back up my work directory and the DVD directory in case it all goes wrong!

    author it with dvd lab or tmpgenc author. svcd2dvdmpg+ 1.0 can only do 2 menu options. and your other vts or tracks will play you just have to skip them with the track button on your dvd.

    Hm. my dvd player will only play stuff from the first VTS , there's no way of getting it to play the other stuff. I'll check out the alternatives, thanks.
