I used TMPGEnc to author a DVD folder. After burning to DVD, I discovered the audio in one of the tracks was bad.
I have a fixed version of the audio, 48k mp2. I would like to simply remux the VOB with the new audio (replacing the audio) and then reburn the DVD folder. I shouldn't have to go back in to my authoring program again...
I could probably remux using TMPGEnc MPEG Tools, but would the Tools mess up the VOB info (i.el, chapter points, etc...?) and leave me with a plain, non-dvd MPEG2 file?
Will VOBEdit or Vobrator do what I want, or do they just demultiplex (and not re-multiplex)?

Use IFOEdit on the original (or copy assuming you created the chapters ) IFO file and save the Celltime.txt from the PGC.
Demux the VOB using VOBEdit - to get the M2V video stream and broekn sound stream.
Delete the MP2 and replace with your new one.
Re-create the DVD using IFOEdit (or whatever you use) using the M2V, new MP2 and Celltimes.txt to create all your chapters etc.
So - to answer your question - VOBEdit will demux , haven't ever used Vobrator so not sure what it can do but I suspect it can't remux.
