    Has anyone found out if the RIAA actually downloads the files listed on the offender's machine and plays them to see if they are valid? I can create dummy files and name them anything I want and it's not illegal.

    If someone goes to court what's to keep them from saying they were trying to stop piracy by offering blank audio files to frustrate would be pirates?
