    Its an interpolation engine. There is source code, so I am wondering how hard it could be to make a filter with it, if there isn't already one.

    Its mainly used in consol emulators.

    There is not an existing filter of this sort. But is there anybody that has some slight programming experience, and would like to see this as a filter? The source code is posted on the website. How hard could it be just turn it into an AviSynthFilter, or a VirtualDub Filter?
