I tried capturing to MPG witn WinDVR and made it split the parts at 750MB so i can put 4 in one DVD. What is wrong with the other parts? I try to demux them to video and audio with TMPGenc, but only the first one works fine, it shows a "illegal stream" if i try to demux the other parts

nope, they all have MPEG extension, but there is something wrong with the other parts EXCEPT the first one, i guess the splitting does something to the other parts... i try demuxing the first part and all works fine, it doesnt for the other parts...
i try playing them with windows media player, they all work fine...
i try playing them with WinDVD, only the first one works!
    something is wrong with them...
i author the DVD with MyDVD and they all work fine, but the previous button is not working! if i skip the first video on the DVD i cant get back to it with the "previous" button, its not working!
that previous button is the whole thing i need!

it seems that the rest of the parts have problems with the GOP structure, the WinDVR is making some errors while splitting the videos

  5. I have the same issue with files created by WinDVR. What I do is that I run them through Cyberlink's PowerVCRII. With that editor functionality you can cut out the commercials (if any) and at the same time it fixes the GOB structure of the less than perfect WinDVR MPEG files.
