i have a move which is in bin/cue file do i have to burn them to rip the movie file out of it or can i rip the move file out of it without burning them first

you can just burn the image giving you a (s)vcd disc. or you can extract the movie to your HD by opening the bin file with cdmage. its up to you

You need to get two freeware tools. The first, DAEMON TOOLS, is available for download:

The second tool is ISOBuster:
This is the DL page.
Load your .cue file into DAEMON Tools, and then ISOBust the from the virtual CD/DVD drive.
