I don't know about that, vance. There is plenty of legal material on p2p - I think most of the warnings are going around for people who are copping to obviously illegal stuff, like Matrix 2, Hulk, 28 Days Later, Xvid screeners, etc....

but I know skate kids who load skate video and "Jackass"-style stuff on p2p all the time.

in fact, this thread was reported already, and one of the mods stated that nothing illegal has been discussed yet - just "downloading off kazaa" is not sufficient cause for warnings.

sorry....too lazy to read every1's post..but anywayz

1) NEVER, EVER, EVER, NEVER, NEVER, EVER, EVER let nero do any encoding/converting...it SUCKS at it...use any other encoder and it will be better.... however, try to stick with tmpgenc or CCE

2) the process of conversion itself will always result in a slight decrease in quality. that's why you don't want to be doing it so many times.
