How do I Burn VOB to DVDR

This is my problem, My mate Decrypted His DVD onto my computer and I've got the VOB files.
Is there a way I can Burn them to DVDR without Converting it to MPEG2

If you have one IFO and the VOB files, DVDFab can create the rest

I'm assuming that they are the VOB's only and they don't have their accompanying IFO and BUp files?

If so, you can use an authoring program that accepts VOBs as input, then have it build the files you need and burn the resulting compilation.

If all the necessary files are there, you should just be able to dump the files into an VIDEO_TS folder, make an empty AUDIO_TS folder and burn.

Use IFOEdit to create the IFO files then grab a trial copy of TMPGenc Author and use the "Import DVD Files" button instead of the "Import Files". You will be able to create a DVD with menus and chapters.

IfoEdit is free, and can create the bup and ifo files from your vobs. I'm not positive, but I believe that you just need to open the first vob file in the sequence, and then click on the create ifos button. I'm at work, and so I don't have the program with me, so if that's not correct, look around for a guide either on this website, or doom9.net.
