  1. I have movies as mpeg and avi. Right now I dunno why I can hear the music (trame) but not the words(speech) it happened before and normally if I closed the media player then reopened it, it worked but now it doesnt anymore. I know those specific movies worked before ...I havent changed them... am I missing a codec or what??? I want to burn them but I want to make sure they are fine first?
    Thanks in advance!

Dialogue is often restricted to the center channel. Music/effects are often stereo enhanced. So what you are probably hearing is a problem with your surround sound. you are hearing left and right channels only out of 5.1

I have no idea why though.. hope that point you in a useful direction.

  4. Well those files worked before...I wonder if its not my codecs...I tried to desinstall them and reinstalled new ones with no great success some files stay on the computer and when I try to reinstall k-lite codecs I get pop-ups telling retry or ignore the warning so I have no choice to ignore so that it works again....Anyone knows how to get rid of those residue file in order to be able to reinstalled them all properly????
    Thanks in advance!
