    My Go Video DVP853 player has just started giving me problem after a year of ownership. CDs and DVDs won't play although some burned DVDs will play for while then stop. The weather here has been hot lately so maybe it need to cool down but I'm starting to have doubts about that. Any input would be great.

    Since I'm not able to use my lens cleaning disc I removed the lid that covers the lens and used a cleaning fluid. I'll let it set for a while before I give it another try. Keeping my fingers crossed.
