I have a video that appears to have been converted from NTSC to PAL. I need to convert it back to NTSC so that I can play it on my standalone player.
My question is which frame rate is better, NTSC or NTSC Film? Will NTSC Film look better because it will be dropping approx 1 fram per second, or would the increased frame rate of NTSC give a better picture?
Thanks
PixelP
