    Hi, I have an NTSC VCD, that a friend wants to take to Isreal, and I know that Isreal uses the PAL system. How do I convert from NTSC to PAL system to that my friend can be able to play the VCD in Isreal ?.

    On both of my Region 1 DVD players Im able to properly display the video for PAL VCD's as well as NTSC. I'm not sure how PAL players are for this though...but maybe there is a chance it doesn't need conversion.
